What's been going on at PPS Decatur & Aurora?
Check out our great pictures below -
there is always something fun going on at
Pettit Private School!
PPS campouts are a great way for mom & dad to have a special night together...
and the kiddos have a blast with their friends too!
PPS participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in June!
With the help of our community, our team raised over $1,000 for this event!
PPS kiddos got to participate in Stretch-n-Grow's annual cheerleading clinic!
Our ladies perform for their parents & peers at the school pep rally! What fun!
Three cheers for Miss Erica...hip hip horray! Hip hip horray! Hip hip horray!
Aurora's first-annual 4th of July parade!
The kiddos brought their wagons & bikes to school, decorated them, and enjoyed riding
around the beautiful Aurora Vista community to several patriotic songs!
Both the Aurora & Decatur Pre-K students
learned about community helpers one month
& the wild, wild, west the next month.
To
extend their learning experience, they
traveled to Ft. Worth's Museum of Science &
History to visit the cowgirl museum &
KIDSPACE, a pint-size community!
They finished up with a fun picnic with their
friends!
Thank you, Mr. Charlie!
You were a hit! :)
While studying the wild, wild
west, Aurora students had a
real western day!
They dressed in their best
cowboy/cowgirl gear, made
bandannas at school, ate
buttery biscuits on the trail &
enjoyed a hay ride courtesy of
Mr. Charlie, Mrs. Sarah's
husband!
